At LYNX, we help our clients invest safely. To do this, we carefully check all new and existing clients to prevent money laundering, corruption, fraud, or the financing of terrorism. We are currently looking for a Medior/Senior CDD Analyst to strengthen our team in Prague.
What you will do:
- Support the team with prospects and client checks, from reviewing supplied documents, conducting additional research, and writing clear conclusions, to escalating uncooperative clients or AML alerts to Compliance during busy periods.
- Double-check medium- and high-risk client files and give quality feedback to help maintain a high standard during onboarding and periodic reviews.
- Perform corporate account reviews with extra care for structure, ownership, and ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs).
- Help the Team Lead onboard and coach new colleagues, sharing your experience and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Create or improve manuals and procedures to keep our documentation clear and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Transaction Monitoring, Client Service, and Compliance, on specific cases and cross-team projects.
What we're looking for:
- You have 3+ years of experience in CDD, KYC, or AML, ideally supported by a recognized certificate like CAMS.
- You’ve heard of (or actively use) a risk-based approach and enjoy analyzing client profiles and risk indicators.
- You like to coach and support teammates, and you’re happy to share knowledge and feedback.
- You stay calm when things get hectic , organizing priorities, solving problems, and keeping quality high.
- You’re not afraid to ask critical questions or challenge assumptions when something doesn’t add up.
- You communicate easily in both Czech and English.
- You bring a flexible mindset, a young spirit, and the willingness to grow alongside a dynamic team
- You’re flexible, curious, and open to learning new things every day
- You’ve heard of a risk-based approach and want to understand it deeply
- You enjoy analyzing information, spotting patterns, and making thoughtful assessments
- You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- You’re a team player with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor
